What is Concierge Medicine?

Concierge medicine - sometimes referred to as "membership-based medicine" - is a personalized healthcare model that offers patients direct access to their provider via a membership of their choosing. Unlike traditional practices where patients experience long wait-times to see their provider, are unable to receive care on the weekends, or have to wait for prescriptions they may need, concierge medicine allows for same-day access to your provider via phone, text, or video chat.

Meet Sydney Little, FNP-C

Sydney Little is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in family practice and preventative care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. After practicing as an RN with a focus in emergent and trauma care, she went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston.

Inspired by her passion for helping patients achieve their health and wellness goals, Sydney founded Vitality Concierge with a focus on providing patients quality, personalized care.

Her dedication to exceptional and exclusive care reflects the values of concierge medicine—providing enhanced accessibility, personalized attention, and a level of service that exceeds traditional standards. Sydney is devoted to ensuring her patients receive compassionate, high-quality and exclusive care throughout every interaction.
